To utilize this service, you must register on our website. You must provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness. You must safeguard the Member ID and password you use to access this Site. We may rely on any use of the Site with your Member ID and password as authorized by you. You must not register for more than one Account.
You agree to pay all fees applicable to your use of these services, and you agree not to circumvent the fee structure, all in accordance with the Site Policies, and the Payment Account Service Terms and Conditions.
Applicability of terms and conditions: Any use of these services and any purchases are each subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
It is your responsibility to provide yourself with a computer, Platform account, microphone and speakers and to ensure they are working at the time of the session. Any delays or technical problems caused by the client’s equipment cannot be refunded. Any delays or interruptions caused by failure of equipment belonging to Creative Thinking Solutions LLC. will be refunded in session credits equal to the number of minutes lost from the session, provided 25% or more of the session was lost (E.g. 15 minutes or more of a 60 minute lesson, 7.5 minutes or more of a 30 minute lesson).
To cancel or postpone a session you must do so in writing via email or through the cancellation form on our website. All cancellations and postponements must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session: if received less than 48 hours before the session begins, no refund or rescheduling can be granted.
In all cases, refunds will be made to the person who paid the fees and using the same method of transaction.
Your personal data will be used for the sessions and services you requested. Your data will not be passed on to any third party without your permission. We reserve the right to use your email address for news regarding Creative Thinking Solutions LLC’s courses, news and offers.
All materials produced by Creative Thinking Solutions LLC are copyright protected. You agree you will not reproduce part or all of these materials without Creative Thinking Solutions LLC’s express written permission to do so.
We aim to provide the best SpeakPals and content. We will not however be held accountable or responsible for the success or lack thereof demonstrated by the customer in achieving academic, social, employment, or any other goals. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality, reliability or usefulness of any part of any session.
Sessions may be recorded by Creative Thinking Solutions LLC for quality control purposes.
Sessions are for conversation only. They are not intended to be formal academic training. Creative Thinking Solutions LLC accepts no liability for unsatisfactory academic results or for statements made by SpeakPals regarding non-Creative Thinking Solutions LLC course work or testing.
These Sessions are for your private use only and may not be recorded for rebroadcast, retransmission, download, or other commercial use by you.
Statements made by SpeakPals reflect their own opinions and do not necessarily reflect the positions of Creative Thinking Solutions LLC. We accept no liability for the opinions, advice, or statements of SpeakPals.

It is the responsibility of the user to choose the correct time zone. Missed sessions resulting from incorrect time zone choices will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted on-line.
The owners of the website reserve the right to cancel the contract without notice if they feel it is being inappropriately used.
Abuse of SpeakPals will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate suspension of the session. Sessions which end early as a result of user abuse of SpeakPals will not be refunded with money or with session credits. Moreover, Creative Thinking Solutions LLC. reserves the right to ban abusive users from the service.
Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this service may be banned from the service, and Creative Thinking Solutions LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel the accounts of non-compliant users.
